After verification, your e-ticket and receipt will be sent to your email, usually within 24 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

TicketAssure supports meetups only for physical tickets, we do not offer shipping.

During checkout, you’ll select a meetup date, time, and location chosen by the seller. Once payment is completed on the website, both parties receive contact details to coordinate the meetup.

If the seller cancels, becomes unresponsive, or fails to show up at the agreed meetup, you are eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after confirming no contact or a no-show, as long as the transaction and communication stayed on TicketAssure.

No. All payments and communication must stay on TicketAssure. Escrow protection only applies to transactions completed through the website.

Log in to your seller dashboard and go to My Products → Add New Product. Enter the event details, price, quantity, and upload a clear image or e-ticket copy.

When listing a physical ticket, you’ll select the meetup dates, times, and locations you’re available. These options will be shown to buyers during checkout.

After payment is completed, both parties receive contact details to finalize the meetup. Always attend the agreed schedule to avoid refunds or penalties.

You’ll receive a verification email where you upload the e-ticket and proof of purchase. Once verified and confirmed by the buyer, your payout will be released.

TicketAssure charges a 1% commission per successful sale. This covers verification, transaction processing, and platform support.

Payouts are available 24 hours after buyer confirmation. Withdraw using GCash, Maya, GoTyme, or supported bank accounts.
